To our members: For the safety of our members, the children in our programs, and our staff who must travel to and from the Y, some modifications to our operations are made during inclement weather. Please know, any changes to building hours or program schedules will be posted ASAP on all of our social media sites as well as through Constant Contact. Please be sure to check in periodically for any changes. Thank you, Staff
Our childcare services are provided in: Woodbury, Deptford, Paulsboro, Wenonah, and the South Harrison school districts.
We believe that a nurturing environment engages children and helps them develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives. This belief is echoed in high quality before and after school programs at the Gloucester County YMCA.
We accept Rutgers Care and offer
a financial scholarship program
The Gloucester County YMCA provides healthy activities in all programs. Both our before and after school programs have a focus around physical activity and nutritional education for children from Prekindergarten to sixth grade.
All of our highly trained, handpicked staff are CPR and First Aid certified and receive training and professional-development. Since safety is our top priority, we run background checks on all of our staff. We also ensure that we meet or exceed state staff-to-child-ratios.
Ready to enroll your child in our program? Download the 2017-2018 Parent Pack to learn more about our programs and fill out the necessary forms.
The YMCA of Gloucester County is a Member-Driven Organization and this guiding principle is reflected in the child care payment program. We offer three different rates based on your child’s membership status: Full-member, Program member, or Non-member | Registration Fee – $60 per child or $85 per family (The registration fee and September’s payment is due at registration)
