Healthy Living at the YMCA of Gloucester County

We strive for a “healthy lifestyle for all,” a lifelong process of caring, exercising, and feeding the spirit, the mind, and the body. We offer a variety of fitness classes, activities, and programs, that meet you where you are and take you where you want to be.

Full Members get access to our Fitness Classes at no cost, while Program Members can attend for $10/class.  Non-members are allowed one drop in at $15/class per year.

CLASSES

House Party Dance Work-out 7pm
This class will make you feel like you just walked into a party. Get an awesome work-out while dancing to today’s music!

Self Defense 7:15pm
Get in a work out while learning some safety moves.

Cardio Fusion 6:15 pm
Full body workout offering a variety of cardio styles which vary by branch. May include kickboxing, step, aerobic dance, and military drills.  Also incorporates strength training using weights and resistance moves.

Yoga – 10am/6pm
A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Kickboxing/Abs 11:30 am
Enjoy a high energy cardio work out with the class ending with an intense abs work out!

Zumba Toning 7 pm
Enjoy the work out of Zumba with the toning of light weight use.

Cardio Fusion 6 pm
An interval workout you will enjoy! A combination of cardio, heart-pumping conditioning drills along with metabolism-boosting resistance training exercises mixed in!

Zumba -9 am
Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo.

*Zumba will be changing to House Party Dance Work-out in January. This class will make you feel like you just walked into a party. Get an awesome work-out while dancing to today’s music!

Yoga – 10 am

  • Full Member | Included in Membership
  • Basic Member | $12 per class
  • Non Member| $15 per class (1 drop in per class only)
