Birthday Parties

BLOW OUT THE CANDLES AT THE Y

Celebrate With Us!

Make your child’s birthday memorable with a gym or pool party at the Y.

Details:

  • All party packages are 2 hours.
  • Additional hour available for $115
  • Party pricing based on 25 participants. $40 for each additional 25 attendees. Max 100.
  • YMCA will provide 6 tables, and 25 chairs for all parties.
  • Groups have 30 minutes prior to set-up and after to tear-down.
  • Children 6 and under must have an adult in the water for pool parties.
  • All swimmers must abide by YMCA swim test policy, non-swimmers must wear a life jacket at all times.

 

Hours available: Saturday and Sunday between 3:00pm-7:00pm
*special times can be granted on a case by case basis

Package 1

($195 for members, $245 for non-members): POOL PACKAGE

  • Studio and Pool area
  • Tables and chairs will be provided for guests
  • Life Guard and life Jackets provided

Package 2

($195 for members, $245 for non-members): GYM PACKAGE

  • Studio and Whole Gym area
  • Tables and chairs will be provided for guests
  • 30 minutes to set up and break down
  • Basketballs included must bring other equipment

 

Package 3

($275 for members, $325 for non-members): COMBO PACKAGE

  • Studio, Whole Gym and Pool Area
  • Tables and chairs will be provided for guests
  • Life Guard and life Jackets provided

Payment must be made in full to reserve the timeslot.

All cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance, $50.00 non-refundable cancellation fee applies.

The Gloucester County YMCA is committed to protecting the children we serve. While we cannot eliminate all threats, we want to do what we can to ensure that the children in our care are safe. When entering the Y all members, participants and guests must have a valid picture ID which will be scanned through a national child abuse database. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access. We appreciate your cooperation.
