Gloucester County YMCA

Part of the YMCA of the Pines

The Y has an open communications policy and welcomes any suggestions, questions, or concerns. Your suggestions for improving the Y are always welcome. Your questions and concerns are also of interest to management. Note that your confidentiality will be maintained to the extent possible. Or, if you prefer, you may leave feedback anonymously.

Once feedback is received please allow 1-2 business days to respond.

All feedback will be directed to the appropriate Program Director, and as needed sent to the branch Executive Director.

Your feedback is how we ensure a safe, quality program for our members and guests.

The Gloucester County YMCA is committed to protecting the children we serve. While we cannot eliminate all threats, we want to do what we can to ensure that the children in our care are safe. When entering the Y all members, participants and guests must have a valid picture ID which will be scanned through a national child abuse database. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access. We appreciate your cooperation.
