YMCA Group Exercise Classes welcome all ages and fitness levels. Taking a group class means making new friends and having fun – while gaining strength, endurance, and energy. Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment suitable for all abilities.

All Group Exercise Classes are FREE for members.  Non-members must purchase a day pass for $10.

Youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Hip-Hop Step Aerobics – Begins April 30th

Hip hop step aerobics combines the energetic moves of hip hop dance with the cardiovascular benefits of step aerobics. Participants use a step platform to perform choreographed routines that incorporate elements of hip hop dance, such as body rolls, jumps, and footwork. The music is typically fast-paced and upbeat, matching the tempo of the movements to keep participants engaged and motivated.


Every Monday and Wednesday 9:00-10:00am

Every Monday and Thursday 6:00-7:00pm

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.


Every Wednesday and Friday 6:00-7:00pm

Zumba classes combine latin and international music and dance to create a dynamic calorie-burning form of workout for people of all fitness levels and age groups. This effective fitness system features aerobic training that is a fusion of slow and fast rhythms to tone and sculpt your body.

Water Aerobics

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-9:45am

A low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed to lively, motivating music and are effective and easy to follow.

Deep Water Aerobics

Every Friday 9:00-9:45am

This water fitness program is held in the diving well of the pool and provides a no-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout. Participants will use flotation belts and styrofoam barbells to perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises. This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Tuesday, Thursday 10:45am – 11:30am

Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living.  Handheld weights, resistance bands, and a ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and standing support, stretching, and relaxation.
