YMCA Group Exercise Classes welcome all ages and fitness levels. Taking a group class means making new friends and having fun – while gaining strength, endurance, and energy. Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment suitable for all abilities.

All Group Exercise Classes are FREE for members.  Non-members must purchase a day pass for $10.

Youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yoga

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness of the breath and body, and quieting of the nervous system.

Silver Sneakers Splash

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00-9:45am

Shallow End -Enhance physical endurance, mobilize joints and improve balance – all while incorporating functional movement patterns.

Silver Sneakers Splash

Every Friday 9:00-9:45am

Shallow and Deep End (Optional) – 1: Enhance physical endurance, mobilize joints and improve balance ? all while incorporating functional movement patterns.
2: No impact, water walking or running. Abdominal work and increase cardiovascular endurance.

Silver Sneakers Classic

Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and skills required during activities for daily living.  Handheld weights, resistance bands, and a ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and standing support, stretching, and relaxation.

Silver Sneakers Circuit

Circuit is designed to improve cardio-respiratory fitness by alternating cardio and strength intervals. Chair used for support, handheld weight, resistance bands.
