YMCA Group Exercise Classes welcome all ages and fitness levels. Taking a group class means making new friends and having fun – while gaining strength, endurance, and energy. Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment suitable for all abilities.
All Group Exercise Classes are FREE for members. Non-members must purchase a day pass for $14.
Youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
THIS WEEK ONLY (March 30-April 3) We are kicking off our new Spring Schedule with a chance for you to TRY A CLASS FOR FREE. Non-members, can bring their ID to our Welcome Center and they will check in you. We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior so you can get a tour of the facility.
